Cropweights were updated for the following crop regions: boliviasoybeans, guatemalapalm, indonesiapalm, malaysiapalm, pguaycorn, pguayrice, pguaysoybeans, , turkmencotton

Cropweights were added for the following regions: arg1soybeans, arg1soybeans_north, arg1soybeans_south, arg2soybeans, arg2soybeans_north, arg2soybeans_south, argtotsoybeans, argtotsoybeans_north, argtotsoybeans_south, bratotcorn, eucotton, eucotton_greece, eucotton_spain, pguaywheat, serbiacorn, serbiasoybeans, serbiasunflower, serbiawheat

These new/updated weights will be used on the LMT starting with the 12z model runs on 2023-12-30. The observation history will also update to reflect the new weighting.
